You will receive a courtesy reminder call or text for your appointment two-three business days prior to the appointment. To avoid a cancellation fee, 48-hour notice is required to cancel OR reschedule. A no-show or late cancellation fee will be charged if no notice is given or if less than 48-hour notice is given.
If you tried to cancel your appointment via text, it may not come through our system. Please call the office to cancel OR reschedule 48 hours prior to your appointment, or you will be subject to a no show/late cancellation fee. If the office is closed, please leave a message within the 48 hour window to avoid a fee.
