Before you come in for your appointment:
Are you currently experiencing (or have you experienced in the last two weeks) any COVID-related symptoms such as cough, shortness of breath, fatigue, fever, sore throat, runny nose, congestion, stomach upset, etc.? In the last two weeks, have you had "close contact" with anybody that has tested positive for COVID-19?
If so, we ask that you reschedule your appointment and check in with your primary care doctor if you have not already.
